At Roll Models, our partnership with Herbwell allows us to deliver a premium, community-driven cannabis experience rooted in quality and purpose.

We are a minority-owned and disabled veteran-owned dispensary based in New Jersey, dedicated to breaking the stigma around cannabis through education, advocacy, and inclusivity. Our mission is to shift perspectives and create a space where everyone feels informed, respected, and empowered.

Led by CEO Janna Williams, a U.S. Air Force veteran, our story is grounded in real experience. After facing PTSD, she found relief through cannabis and now works to help others — especially veterans — discover its benefits and feel seen in their healing journey.

We proudly support organizations like Vet4U and partner with nonprofits to help expunge cannabis-related records, giving back to communities impacted by past laws.
